Spiritual aura Ubud

Ubud save a lot of stories about "runaway". Town "rural" areas located in the middle of Bali, many believed to have a spiritual aura that can evoke the power of life.

In the book Eat, Pray, Love, Elizabeth Gilbert writes a deep impression on Ubud. He is restless with life in the middle of the concrete jungle of New York City and then find themselves in Ubud.

Divorce made Elizabeth caught in a circle of sorrow. He then left the career and all he had to start journey to find identity. Disinggahinya three countries: Italy, India and Indonesia (Ubud). In Italy, Elizabeth get worldly pleasures with dating several men. In India, he earned a heavenly way with a hard and disciplined meditation at the ashram.

However, in Ubud, Elizabeth can enjoy both. He found the balance of earthly and heavenly. He remains diligent practice of meditation, as taught Ketut Liyer, a healer in Ubud to meditate with a smile. He also has many friend of Ubud which is still firmly holds the tradition. Once healed, she returned to New York. The story was filmed with the same title, starring Julia Roberts.

Long before Elizabeth's spiritual journey told in Ubud, a city of 12 000 inhabitants have long kept the story of "breakout" of immigrants from abroad, even lately a lot of super-complicated city like Jakarta.

Noviana Kusumawardhani (43), a creative director at a large advertising company in Jakarta, willing to abandon her career for "born again" in Ubud. Novi who injured his soul due to her husband's infidelity in a matter of hours decided to move to Ubud. In insolvency, the treasure being spent on taking care of child-custody hearing, Novi start a new life in Ubud about three years ago.

"I like being called to restore yourself in Ubud. My coming to Ubud is only with strong intention, "said Novi who is now living as a writer and tarot card reader. In the small town of Novi feels "healed" by the natural atmosphere of Ubud, a quiet and peaceful, lush trees, verdant fields, a light breeze, and the help of a healer from the village of Batubulan.

Since 1904 the Dutch artist visited Ubud, Nieuwenkamp. In the late 1920s came two European artist, Walter Spies (Germany) and Rudolf Bonnet (Dutch), settled in Ubud. Together Tjokorda Gde Agung Sukawati, they founded the Pita Maha artists associations.

Because could not escape the charm of Ubud, Bonnet diaben even as his body was bequeathed to the Balinese people in general. "Since the death in the Netherlands in 1978, her ashes be sent by mail to Ubud. Finally he diaben along with Tjokorda Gde Agung Sukawati, "said Pande culturalist Sutedja Neka, which had a direct contact with Bonnet.

Witness the wave of life is the presence of the lovers Ubud Arie Smit (1994), Dutch painter bleeding, which teaches children Penestanan young artist painting style. "Smit a citizen to show how his love for Bali, especially in Ubud," said Neka.

Tranquility

Overview of Ubud is not much different from other resorts on the island of Bali. In downtown district, centered on Monkey Forest Road, Hanuman, Goddess Sita, and Highways Pengosekan, narrow streets were colored various facilities for tourists. However, Ubud, far from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions. Noon, afternoon, or night does not sound blasting from the cafe or bar. Guests who come to drink it more often entertained with traditional Balinese music, music-or low-pitched music completely silent.

Activities in Ubud is also limited until 22:30 o'clock. By midnight it was not a single shop, shop, restaurants, cafes, and other outlets that are still open. Roads around Ubud became deserted. Ubud like going back into "villages" are far from the hustle and bustle of tourist activity.

Plus quiet atmosphere of community life that still holds fast to tradition become an attraction for those who underwent a spiritual attitude. The atmosphere is considered to support the positive vibrations that come from nature.

According to the spiritualist Gede Prama, millions of people from around the world come to Ubud since 1930 because of Ubud offers more than just scenery. Ubud has a term or terms of spiritual teachings that are hidden in nature. If these terms are opened, people will be able to "read" or absorb the spiritual aura of this. Ubud name itself comes from the word "ubad", the language of Bali, which means the drug.

AwaHoshi (59) felt the spirit very close to Ubud, although he was originally from Honolulu, U.S.. These women believe that in his past life he had lived in Ubud. The reason it is also what makes it move to Ubud in 1992.

Of the many places in the world that he ever went to, AwaHoshi find a lot of love in Ubud. Ubud community ethos of mutual assistance, in the eyes AwaHoshi, also a form of love of neighbor. A love that gave birth to the positive vibrations of crystal bowls AwaHoshi arrested instruments. AwaHoshi crystal bowls played instruments in the open, like in the fields of corn, rice cultivation, the beach, or the edge of the abyss. In Ubud, they came and healed.

Wisata Mandala Bedulu Diusulkan Jadi Museum Arkeologi
