Ia mengatakan, pengembangan objek wisata alam berbasis komunitas itu, akan dilaksanakan dan dibangun oleh beberapa organisasi atau para pihak yang terkait, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan kegiatan wisata alam.

"Berbasis komunitas, dimana semua pihak yang terkait harus memiliki kepedulian dan komitmen untuk melaksanakan pengembangan objek wisata alam ini," ucapnya Jumat (22/1/2010)

Sebelum pengembangan, lanjut dia, terlebih dahulu diidentifikasi siapa saja pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap objek wisata alam tersebut. "Setelah seluruh pihak yang terkait telah memiliki kesepakatan dalam pengembangan objek wisata tersebut maka barulah pelaksanaan pengembangan wisata alam dapat dilaksanakan," ujarnya menjelaskan.

Pihak-pihak yang terkait dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pengembangan ini antara lain Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Tahura WAR Dishut Provinsi Lampung, masyarakat sekitar lokasi, sejumlah LSM, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Pesawaran yang bertanggung jawab terhadapa pengelolaan wisata alam tersebut.

Selain itu, lanjut dia, pelaku wisata swasta yang dalam hal ini para operator wisata, termasuk pengelola resort yang ada di kawasan wisata. "Pelaku wisata swasta dilibatkan dalam pengembangan tersebut, karena pada dasarnya merekalah yang memiliki pasar wisata tersebut," katanya.

Wisata Air Terjun Wiyono, di Desa Wiyono, Gedongtataan, Kabupaten Pesawaran, lokasinya sekitar 30 kilometer dari Bandarlampung, dan kerap dikunjungi warga, khususnya pelajar yang melakukan perkemahan di sekitar air terjun itu.
